Rates

Note: These rates are not for testing services.

Initial Evaluation $225 50-minute session (in person or online), phone consultation, paperwork review, and treatment plan development.

Regular session rate $145 (50min) Before the first session, a credit card, FSA/HAS card, or bank account information will be collected. Sessions will be automatically charged to the payment source on file.

Insurance

Clinical services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance plan.

Although we do not bill for insurance reimbursement, we can provide a “superbill” to provide all necessary information to bill your insurance directly. Fortitude Sport Psychology & Mental Health is considered an “out of network” provider.

Please make sure to check your coverage for mental health services and out-of-network coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy or sport psychology appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the total cost of the session.
